  23. No! But Codex modem's does have hight cost - it is 'professional' modem.
  24. For example, ZyXel 16.8 (v32bis expansion) is better for wide using.

  26. In addition. Of cource, PEP is proprietary protocol, but it does allow
  27. UUnet to achive hight CPS until v32bis was not ready. And PEP
  28. works everywhere, while V32bis... - let's you make attempt to stand
  29. V32bis connection with Moscow - it faile during 1 - 5 minutes (PEP
  30. does keep connections  stable).
