- No! But Codex modem's does have hight cost - it is 'professional' modem.

- In addition. Of cource, PEP is proprietary protocol, but it does allow
- UUnet to achive hight CPS until v32bis was not ready. And PEP
- works everywhere, while V32bis... - let's you make attempt to stand
- V32bis connection with Moscow - it faile during 1 - 5 minutes (PEP
- does keep connections stable).
