  20. I think the majority of us don't give a damn, because we don't want to fall
  21. into the proprietary trap that everyone did once before by rushing out to
  22. get PEP modems.  Now its clearer that v32bis has advantages by virtue of
  23. being a standard, and we're all waiting for v.fast to be finalised.  No-one
  24. wants to be first on the block with another expensive toy that'll be a
  25. heap of junk that doesn't talk to anyone else in 2 years time.
