  27. and S50=255 to force a PEP connection, or various others to force MNP
  28. instead of V.42/LAPM.  Note: if V.32 tones come first the modems will
  29. connect V.32 unless S50 says otherwise.  Also they'll GO LAPM if both
  30. are enabled for it.  You need S111 to SPOOF at all, and either
  31. V.32bis/MNP or PEP for it to work.
