- The thing that upsets me most about these modems is that Intel doesn't
- explicitely states in product information notes that
- non-DOS/Windows/OS-2 support is all but extremely precarious! One
- example is the poor job they did on the 14.4ex and the flow control
- options. Not only the documentation is vague about the interactions among
- the various settings but the tech support people aren't seasoned in
- that topic either. Heck, the doc of a USR DS and Toby's messages
- taught me more about it than the manual!
