- But that eliminates logical connections between those platforms that sport a
- common DBMS. For instance, XBASE exists on both Mac and MS-DOS platforms. And
- where does that leave MS-DOS Oracle questions? (I suppose that isn't a problem,
- given the existence of an Oracle-specific newsgroup -- but the principle
- remains).
