  12. During a tradeup from 1.16 to 3.0 one upgrade of a directory/location
  13. bombed, leaving what I assume were temporary files in the following
  14. format:  DICT.CASES.91226  Some of these were able to be deleted, but
  15. several continue to show in LISTTABLES and reference real files on the
  16. disk, but don't exist to DELETETABLE.  Suggestions?
