  13.   Hi all. I just wanted to clue you in as to some of the fine software available
  14. at msdos.archive.umich.edu (uploaded by myself and my good friend, Raphael
  15. Pungin).

  17.   A while ago, Raph wrote an excellent Tetris clone for Foxpro2. This was, to my
  18. knowledge, the first foxpro thing available via ftp. After he had uploaded it,
  19. I noticed that they had created a directory under /msdos/database called
  20. 'foxpro.'

  22.    I said to myself, 'this little directory seems a lonely place, with only one
  23. file in it...'

  25.    So I put some files in it, and now there's more...

  27. foxtris.zip     Raphael's most excellent Tetris clone. 100% Foxpro.

  29. message.zip     My program to facilitate SENDing messages across a Novell
  30.                 Network (Source & Compiled forms)
  31. slider.zip      My program to demonstrate how to implement a sliding control
  32.                 device. It is used, in this example, to control the mouse
  33.         speed. (Source and Compiled forms)
  34. whoami.zip      Based on message, this obtains your Novell Username. (Source
  35.                 and Compiled)

  39. smartpop.zip    A little thing I wrote that demonstrates an all-purpose routine
  40.                 for popping up a list of available database records according
  41.                 to whatever field you want. It will limit the records selected
  42.         according to what has already been typed. You get the idea.
  43.         Includes the Oatbran Scroller and a nifty little alert()

  50. Box Magic! A screen which accepts a bunch of text, and however you like it,
  51. puts it in boxes, or cells of boxes. This is pretty useful for help screens,
  52. and anything else you want to look pretty. It has four box styles, including
  53. the mixed single/double help screen title boxes, three alignments, and custom
  54. cell configuration.
