  12. I've recently started moving ASCII delimited files into Paradox 4.0.  I have
  13. many different files that I need to get into Paradox.  Now the Import/ASCII
  14. Delimited option works great except that the field names are "Field-1", 
  15. "Field-2", ...etc.,  Is there a way to get Paradox to interpret the first
  16. row in the ASCII file to be the field name?  Even better if I could specify
  17. it's type as well.

  19. Other alternatives welcome. I would prefer *not* to define the tables in
  20. Paradox in advance, and then append, since some of the tables field
  21. number/types may still change.
