- I wonder how many commercial RDBMS products really implement hashing to
- process joins. If so, what kind of hashing functions are typically used?
- Simple K mod Max? Random picking digits as the hash key? Or more complicated
- ones? Any good ORDER-PRESERVING hash functions been used also to deal with
- inequality joins?
