  12. I have posted an updated version of my work on the problem of 
  13. fractal image compression.

  15. I have posted the files to lyapunov.ucsd.edu.
  16. They are temporarily in pub/incoming (or pub/uploads .. i can't recall)
  17. but should be in /pub/young-fractal in the file unifs10.zip

  19. Source for compression and decompression is included.
  20. Also, X-windows source for decompression is included.

  22. Executables for compression, decompression, file conversion are (of course)
  23. included.

  25. The ".ifs" files are not compatible with past versions.
