  16. I agree Howie.  I've tried a number of different bbs packages including   
  17. Wildcat, Maximus, Remote Access, Ultrabbs and a few others.  I know that   
  18. I am likely to stay with PCBoard.  Their customer support is first rate,   
  19. not just compared with other bbs packages, but software in general.  The   
  20. third party utilities available add much flexibility both for the sysop   
  21. and the user.  But I guess when someone comes out with a great product,   
  22. there is a certain type of person who will consider it trendy to run it   
  23. down.  But at least you and I and thousands of other customers   
  24. world-wide can be secure in the knowledge that we have a package which   
  25. suits our needs and continues to provide power to its users.
