  10.     Does anyone know of neural networks which approximate random walks?
  11. I had in mind something of the lateral excitatory/inhibitory (hopfield like?)
  12. networks where the relative activity of one (or more) nodes takes a random
  13. walk by way of asynchronous updating.  Anyway, any references, or (off the
  14. record) assurances of existence would be appreciated.
