  12. I am looking for a paper by G.Cybenko entitled 'Approximation by
  13. superpositions of a sigmoidal function'. It's published in Mathematics
  14. of control, signals and systems (1989), 2. The stinker is my uni lib
  15. does not have the publication, and neither do the libs within the
  16. region. So the next best thing they have to offer is a lengthy
  17. repographic search request ..
