  12. A group of us are planning on using neural networks on proteins to forcast
  13. different bonds.  (I would go more into the description and processes, but
  14. I'm not a chemist, I'm just a programmer who knows neural nets).

  16. Does anyone know of or have an ftp-able database of protein configurations
  17. or amino acid sequences?  Does anyone know of a general catalog of CD-ROMs
  18. that can be ordered that have these databases?  And does anyone know of
  19. simular research going on anywhere?
