- A group of us are planning on using neural networks on proteins to forcast
- different bonds. (I would go more into the description and processes, but
- I'm not a chemist, I'm just a programmer who knows neural nets).
-
- Does anyone know of or have an ftp-able database of protein configurations
- or amino acid sequences? Does anyone know of a general catalog of CD-ROMs
- that can be ordered that have these databases? And does anyone know of
- simular research going on anywhere?
-
- Please respond by e-mail to nak7558@tamsun.tamu.edu

- Thank you!
