  26. This "fact" is completely incorrect.  In Boulder if I am refused housing
  27. and I believe the reason is because of my sexual orientation I can file
  28. a discrimination action.  When Ammendment 2 goes into effect, I will still
  29. be able to claim discrimination becuase I am hetrosexual. (Of course I would
  30. have to prove it, but that is another matter.)  If I were homosexual or bi-
  31. sexual I would not have EQUAL protection becuase of Ammendment 2.  I would
  32. have LOST that right.  It is similar to a law that said jews couldn't make
  33. any claim of discrimination becuase of religious belief.  Everyone else is
  34. protected EXCEPT jews.  Ammendment 2 says everyone else is protected EXCEPT
  35. homosexuals, lesbians or bi-sexuals.
