- That is probably true at CU as well, but the point I was making was that
- it isn't fair to point to McCartney's salary as evidence of how much
- we are spending (as state taxpayers) on CU football, without also pointing
- out how much money is taken *in* by the football program.

- I wouldn't try to argue for it, either. All I am arguing against is
- the statement that we are spending lots of state government money
- on the CU football program.
