  13. I forgot the exact wording, but does the ammendment also allow a person to be
  14. discriminated against because they are a heterosexual?
  15. If so, what if a heterosexual employer fired another heterosexual employee on such
  16. a basis?

  18. Also, if someone is fired for being gay when they are not gay, exactly what kind of
  19. proof would the courts need to determine wrongful discrimination?
