  23.         here and kidnapping people they want to indict; We give the
  24.         DEA thugs an open invitation to just come in fully armed
  25.         whenever they like.

  27.         I don't think Wayne appreciates how much the DEA has become
  28.         like the people they pursue, or how little notice they take of
  29.         the basic principles we consider necessary for the
  30.         maintainance of civilisation. We have enough of a problem here
  31.         with our own cops occasionally doing great harm to people they
  32.         mistakenly suspect of having drugs. We don't need
  33.         adrenalin-crazed yanks coming in here with gunships.
