  14. I'm in a debate with my Roommate about this (enveloppes with no stamps)

  16. I used to work in an accountant's office and we mailed hundreds of tax returns
  17. per year with no return address and no stamps. They always got there.

  19. I'm under the impression it would be the same with a normal enveloppe. I tried
  20. it. I mailed one monday morning, adressed to me,  with no stamp or return
  21. address. It hasn't been delivered so far.

  23. The post office doesn't 'charge' the recipient anymore, they simply return the 
  24. letter to the sender. (Remember the commercial with the Elvis Melody : Return
  25. December ???)  The P.O. claim that the letter will be incenerated in Ontario
  26. because it's Un-deliverable.
