- I'm in a debate with my Roommate about this (enveloppes with no stamps)
-
- I used to work in an accountant's office and we mailed hundreds of tax returns
- per year with no return address and no stamps. They always got there.
-
- I'm under the impression it would be the same with a normal enveloppe. I tried
- it. I mailed one monday morning, adressed to me, with no stamp or return
- address. It hasn't been delivered so far.
-
- The post office doesn't 'charge' the recipient anymore, they simply return the
- letter to the sender. (Remember the commercial with the Elvis Melody : Return
- December ???) The P.O. claim that the letter will be incenerated in Ontario
- because it's Un-deliverable.
-
- I'll repost as soon as I get it !!
