I'm looking for indexes of the quebec provincial parliamentary
debates, they seem to be only available up to 1988, does
anybody know where I can find them? It would be really great
if they were on-line somewhere.  The archives in Quebec city
claim they have been published but the university libraries
around the T.O area all don't have them...

Any help would be appreciated.
