  12. Why do people insist on driving only with parking lights on when it is dusk?
  13. Why don't they just turn on their headlights?  Beside the fact that it is
  14. illegal in many states, it doesn't make it that much easier to see the car.
  15. Do people think that they are saving their headlights by only turning on
  16. their parking lights when it is dusk?  Furthermore, they are called parking
  17. lights and as such should be used for that purpose, not for driving.  Just
  18. turn those damn headlights on!!!
