- oppose a practice, but still think the government should stay out of
- the matter.

- loud parties until late hours? Clearly, the owner has _some_ rights, as
- to whom he will and will not rent. Should the government take away
- these rights and make all such decisions for him? That would depend
- on the situation and the form of the discrimination. But any such
- law is an infringment on the owner's rights.
