  12.     I am looking for a program, that enables finding the
  13.     location of clones in a DNA sequence by the results of T-tracking
  14.     (running only one sequencing reaction / clone)

  16.     I am doing a sequencing project by the shotgun sequencing
  17.     approach, and to identify clones that would enable filling
  18.     gaps in the second strand sequence, would like to find a
  19.     program to do the above. I am using the gel assembly
  20.     system of GCG, so anything compatible with it would be perfect.
