  14. pUC118 & pUC119 were described quite some time ago. They are for the 
  15. most part similar to pUC18 & pUC18 but also conatin and M13 intergenic
  16. region. These vectors were described by Vieira & Messing in 1987, Methods
  17. of Enzymology, 153:3-11.
