- I have just replaced the CPU card in the Proteon at SFU Harbour Centre which
- connects BCnet to the rest of the Internet. Included on the card is the
- non-volatile RAM which holds the router's configuration information. And so,
- once again, I had to type the Proteon's configuration information into it, but
- more importantly the router shouldn't loose its configuration spontaneously.
