- Good point, except that I don't necessarily *want* states competing
- (read, "pandering", "restricting") when my rights are concerned. General *laws*
- are different -- say, interpretations of the UCC. But not
- when it comes to basic liberty.

- Competition among states does exist - a recent example is how other
- states are slowly legalizing gambling, taking after Nevada's lead.
- In this case increasing liberty is winning out. In other cases,
- liberty looses - and who wants to have their rights subject to
- political whims? Er, gee -- I guess we have that now!
