- Someone asked this question before, and I responded with the
- suggestion of Kate's (don't even *think* I mispelled Katz's). This
- is/was an old house converted into a restaurant with about 10-15
- tables, unless there was another room. This place was fantastic. Besides
- just the atmosphere, this was in the top three restaurants for the best
- food I've had anywhere. Anyway, I asked the guy if he'd flip open an
- Austin phone book and check if it's still around. I never heard back
- from him, so could some kind person check and let me know? I'd really
- appreciate it. The only trouble is that I don't remember the exact street
- name other than it was on a side street right off 1st around Loop 1. If
- you can locate it from these vague directions, and assuming it's still
- open (it was about 5 years ago when I went), you won't be disappointed.
