  30. This is, of course, complete and utter bullshit, as anyone who's ever read
  31. _The Cuckoo's Egg_ will tell you. I suspect they were attempting to tell you
  32. that it wasn't worth their time to follow up on it. Depending on whether it
  33. was the police or the phone company who told you this, it sounds like a fine
  34. example of either Your Tax Dollars At Work or that good ol' phone company
  35. customer service.
