- The source for the TeXbook was distributed out of the same kindness
- that makes TeX freely available. The book is copyrighted
- and it is illegal to print your own copy from the source code.
- It is very uncool to ask how to pull the stop bits.
-
- It even says that:

-
- The book only costs $34, and is well worth buying.
-
- Try asking the Tex Users Group people -- they have and sell *all*
- things pertaining to TeX and its variants.
