- Yes, this is a pity. This also happened on the sell through vidoes in
- England. When transferring from NTSC to PAL, a speed up on the video
- sometimes accurs, from 24 fps, to 25 fps. That is why you get the
- increase in pitch in voices, and quicker speech. It is most annoying.
