  20. Yes, this is a pity. This also happened on the sell through vidoes in
  21. England. When transferring from NTSC to PAL, a speed up on the video
  22. sometimes accurs, from 24 fps, to 25 fps. That is why you get the
  23. increase in pitch in voices, and quicker speech. It is most annoying.
