  13.  I used to actually live about 5 ks from that site. I knew it was there before
  14. I moved to Bangor. Its been there longer than ive been alive. If I climbed the
  15. fence at the playing field at the top of the street I could see HIFAR..

  17.  It was there first. If people cant be bothered to check what sort of industy
  18. is just down the road before they move in , then they cant complain. Naturally
  19. real estate agents 'neglect' to mention that Australia's only Nuclear
  20. instalation is just down the road.

  22.  I think the issue is more money that anything else. If the site was shutdown
  23. Landcom and developers would make a killing out of all the prime land it
  24. would free up. They look at those views over the river and the $$ light up
  25. in their eyes.
