  21. Parliament.  User pays, and all that.

  23. But seriously, what about the "Mekong Restaurant" on George Street between
  24. Chinatown and Broadway?  How about "No Names" on Stanley Street, East Sydney.
  25. Unfortunately I can't remember their exact prices, nor if "No Names" is
  26. open for lunch, but they are cheap eating places.
