  17. I don't think it is fair for someone from the University of Alaska
  18. to be allowed to give that as a return address in arguing with
  19. someone from the University of Georgia.  It should be a contest
  20. of rhetorical skill, and claiming authority from having actually
  21. seen the animals in question should be forbidden.
