- basicaly it is something to do during the summer. In the San Fran
- area, we only get good surf in the winter, and only get good wind in
- the summer( in general). In general I think surfing has helped me
- greatly with my balance windsurfing, and windsurfing has help me with
- my strength surfing. (at the very least it keeps me from getting out
- of shape during the summer)
