- Sounds like you are dependant on them for enjoyment.

- This is a classic symptom, in my mind, of being an extrovert. You ignore your inner
- self in exchange for the outer rewards. The result is a neglect of yourself, which
- you sort of feel when you are alone. Withdrawl, perhaps. (Notice that being an
- extrovert or introvert seems to imply, to me, an imbalance.)

- Well, you can and you can't. You can't just change your moods like moving your arm,
- but you can learn enough about your self to achieve the moods you want most of the
- time. Find ways to balance out the bad with the good you like, for example..
