- I would like through out the little fact that with the
- supreme court declaring that a variety of speech codes
- are unconstitutional (including most codes applying to
- publication in public domain) very little action will
- probably be taken in these situations. At the present
- time there is a great degree of confusion about what can
- be said, written, or posted legally and what constitutes
- harassment of a person based on sex, religion, race,....
