- I think Maynard is on to something--lets take it all the way. No
- matter what qualities you choose to focus on, be it looks or smarts or
- personality or what-have-you, some people will have more or less of it
- than others, male or female. If its unfair to be held up in
- comparison to supermodels on the basis of looks, then its just as
- "unfair" to judge others based on (1) personality (2) money (3)
- intelligence....on and on. These other qualities are often as much a
- matter of fate (read genetics, circumstance, etc.) as looks.

- But crying about "fair" and "unfair" ultimately goes nowhere. Sure,
- you can make a big stink and maybe get on Donahue, but look at all the
- people who have transcended these catagories and gotten on with their
- lives.
