  27. For those on the Internet, a much better version would be to use xntp,
  28. preferably version 3, available  from  louie.udel.edu. and other sites
  29. (use archie).

  31. In short: it uses an official internet protocol to exchange times, and
  32. cancels the effects of  the  netlag as  well  as  of  misbehaving time
  33. server hosts (at least if you use more than 1).
