- Yes, of course we missed you! (never tell me not to answer a question)

- To me, it's the only form of honest love. Love includes some
- understanding of what it is you're loving. Music, for example--I love
- that music which I can identify with on some level, which means
- something to me. I can't love country western. If I start talking
- about loving everything, I'm trivializing a vital feeling.
- Indiscriminate love is diluted. When I acknowledged to myself that it
- was okay for me to pick and choose what I loved, it began to be a
- word with meaning again.

- Aw. I was really looking forward to being a defrocked priest (and
- having a defrocked congregation ;-)
-
- What I meant was, I desire to maintain a sense of continuity in my
- beliefs. I don't care for some forms of inconsistency. And I like to
- appear consistent to others (image, y'know).

-
- Yeah, I'd better comment on what I said earlier. Eshin-Fun's ideas are
- fine, and I'm sure that they are what works best for some. But it
- wasn't what I asked about, and I just blew up. I've been having trouble
- getting people to listen to what I'm actually asking lately...apologies
- if I was too harsh. I still maintain that it wasn't a valid response to
- my inquiry.
