  26.     I prefer to resurrect the fundamental meaning of the word "liberal"
  27. rather than see it be dragged down with the factionists.

  35.     As you suspect, though, that wouldn't work.  We (TAMU) don't have the 
  36. policing power to maintain guard over fly posters.  And, I'd actually be
  37. more concerned if TAMU DID have such power.
