  26. Gee, pjm, it would seem to me that since the % received is being multiplied
  27. by the %age of people who bothered to vote, that maybe, uh, SOMETHING AS LOW
  28. AS 26.7% IS OF THE TOTAL POPULATION OF THE VOTING U.S.  It would be a little
  29. more astounding if more people voted.
