- Gee, pjm, it would seem to me that since the % received is being multiplied
- by the %age of people who bothered to vote, that maybe, uh, SOMETHING AS LOW
- AS 26.7% IS OF THE TOTAL POPULATION OF THE VOTING U.S. It would be a little
- more astounding if more people voted.
