  12. Just a quick question concerning the radio broadcast on November 16,1992:

  14. I tuned in just at the end of the first hour while Rush was discussing
  15. with a female caller the possible overturning of the ban on homosexuals 
  16. in the U.S. Armed Forces.  I missed the start of the conversation and 
  17. was wondering if someone could fill me in on what was going on.  The 
  18. reason I am making this request is that the argument Rush was using
  19. sounded very similiar to some of the arguments used to keep freemen
  20. and ex-slaves out of the military during the American Civil War.

  22. I am not staking out a position on this issue, I just would like a 
  23. clarification on what was said.
