- Actually, term limits are already law in 17 states with about 35% of the
- American population, and is on the ballot for the next election in a
- number of OTHER states. I expect that by 1996, we'll have seen term limits
- face the voters in every state that has an initiative process. Frankly, I
- expect them to pass.

- When enough congresscritters are from term limited states, they'll pass a
- Constitutional amendment for term limits, so as to deny an unfair
- advantage to crooks, er, representatives, from non-limited states.
