  37. Actually, term limits are already law in 17 states with about 35% of the
  38. American population, and is on the ballot for the next election in a
  39. number of OTHER states. I expect that by 1996, we'll have seen term limits
  40. face the voters in every state that has an initiative process. Frankly, I
  41. expect them to pass.

  43. When enough congresscritters are from term limited states, they'll pass a
  44. Constitutional amendment for term limits, so as to deny an unfair
  45. advantage to crooks, er, representatives, from non-limited states.

  47. Of course, if this is what it takes, I'm all for it!
