- Yes, they are accepting a temporary disadvantage in order to promote a
- longterm solution. Once enough states enact term limitation, there
- will be enough members of congress with a vested interest to pass a
- corresponding bill at the federal level. Those states which are
- accepting a personal sacrifice in the short term are to be commended
- for their farsightedness.
