  16. Ahem....Bill Clinton captured 43% of the vote. A majority means at least
  17. 50% of the vote plus 1. Bill Clinton certainly did NOT get a majority of
  18. the popular vote - he had a PLURALITY of the vote. I ignore the electoral
  19. college vote since it is largely a winner-take-all approach and does not
  20. accurately reflect the popular opinion. A president can even win the
  21. electoral vote but lose the popular vote.

  24. promises he made....Or else, back to politics as usual...
