- I think I've got enough mail now, and I would like to formally
- apologize to all who were offended by my eight million or so posts. I
- do like Pink FLoyd a lot ( no really? ) but I do realize that others
- have different tastes. Next time I'll just choose my words more
- carefully.
-
- I received many ( very many ) messages over the past couple of
- days, most of them criticizing Pink FLoyd more than they criticized me.
-
- If you'd like to hear some great Gilmour guitar work I recommend
- you listen to Comfortably Numb, Time, and Shine on You Crazy Diamond
- I-X. They are proof that good guitar playing doesn't always have to be
- fast.
-
- Although I admit that the Floyd never had the greatest voices they
- worked well to get their message across. Waters' and Gilmour's voices
- provide great point and counter-point. Examples are Dogs, Comfortably
- Numb, and The thin Ice.
-
- Once again I'd like to apologize. Now lets get back to talking
- about more important things.
-
-
-
- Waiting for the next top ten list,
- Michael Swietek
