- The bad company of today is a dim comparison to the original line up, most
- notable is the prescence of paul rodgers. With the success of Boys Cry Tough
- they seem to have recycled that lame format for everything I have heard off of
- their new album. However, I must say that I saw them a few summers ago here in
- indiana at the Deer Creek Music Center and they put on a pretty good show so
- long as they stayed away from the material from their then new album, Holy
- Water. I don't understand exactly what happened between "Playing With Fire"?
- and Holy Water. I thought that their comeback album was close to the old sound
- with tunes like No Smoke without A Fire. Even the title track from Holy Water
- isn't bad, but most of the rest of their new material is unbecoming to their
- reputation as a 70's powerhouse. Wait on the new stuff, maybe they will return
- to their senses.
