- If you are looking for guitar oriented rock instrumentals. A couple of my favs are

- Blues Saraceno - "Never Look Back" - this is his first album the second one "Plaid"
- is ok but not as good.

- Tony MacAlpine - "Maximum Security" - you'll like this one alot if you are more into
- classically influenced rock as apposed to blues

- Anything from Satriani - all his albums are instrumental except "Flying in a Blue
- Dream" which has a few vocal songs but still has kicking
- instrumental peices

- And if you are into JAZZ, check out Larry Carlton and Pat Metheny (this helped me to
- broaden my musical horizons-ideal for musicians)

- I could name some more, but those are the best IMHO of the recent instrumentals
