  23. I disagree.  To me, their sound on the Low End Theory is hype.  It has 
  24. much jazz, (the  more the better) and some intelligent lyrics.  The 
  25. production is excellent, and Tip and Phife are fine rappers, although 
  26. Phife's voice is a little weird, it is still one of the best groups 
  27. around.
