- I have to disagree a little here. Time Warner did not just buckle down
- when the Texas police association and others started protesting and
- boycotting. I mean, the CEO of Time Warner wrote a letter to the Wall
- St. Journal detailing how he was not going to back down. I think his
- relationship with them is pretty good.

- Also, none of these problems would be solved if Ice-T started his own
- record company. People would just protest the stores to not carry
- his albums if he said something to piss them off. Unfortunately, there
- are gonna be housewives with too much time on their hands who will
- write letters and complain to whatever company if they feel that
- something is offensive. Not being on the Time-Warner label will not
- solve that.
